HOA Documents and Forms
The HOA Architectural Control Committee is elected by the homeowners of Plantation Springs at the annual meeting. The ACC consists of three homeowners, and meets when applications for modifications are submitted. The role of the ACC is outlined in the Association's Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Rules.

ACC Requests 
should be mailed to April Tuey, Principal Management Group, 3211 Internet Blvd, Frisco TX 75034, or clickable ACC Requests can be emailed to the ACC Committee. The ACC considers each request as soon as they are received, however you should note that the ACC has thirty-days to provide you with a decision (which can be approved, rejected or may seek additional information). In most cases, it takes less than fourteen days to respond, however no work should be scheduled to commence within that time frame in the event of a delay.
