I would like to get your opinions about a prospective business idea. Have you ever wished there was a place to pick up a healthy, affordable ($5 or less) home-cooked meal to take home and eat with your family. It seems the options we have are all overly fattening or too expensive. Would love to hear any comments or feedback you would like to share. Thanks!

Has anyone seen Felix? He is a white/tabby mix and has a gold collar with a bell. He went out late yesterday afternoon and never came back. Please call at 972-712-7011. Thanks.

Well, I received the new HOA dues bill. WOW!!! It's now almost $400. There's no pool, no playground, no waterpark...there is grass, dead trees and a creek....please explain why the residents of the neighborhood are paying $70k+/- a year for this??? we have the grounds service plant perennials as well as annuals in the flower beds and then pull them up every 4-6 weeks... REALLY???? what genius came up with that plan? With many people barely hanging on to their homes the HOA gauges us once again with an increase. Nice - way to go board members. Most people are trying to make ends meet and stretching their dollars - instead of increasing rates to homeowners why not try cutting costâ?¦ We could save money by firing the property management company.

FYI - There were about 4+ teenagers that were standing on the bridge at the end of Plantation Springs (at the back) last night breaking large glass bottles on the rocks that lead down to the pond. There is glass all over the road there as well as where the ducks and turtles hang out. If anyone has any info about this please email me. Please keep your eye out for anyone who is doing this, I would like to keep our neighborhood clean! Thank you!

Greetings, Today, Steve Thompson with the PSHOA has filed a report with the Frisco Police concerning the un-authorized removal of wood from our common area, near the north west end of the sub-division. The PSHOA did not authorize the removal of this wood, and apparently thieves have helped themselves to at least 2 downed trees. Apparently, this theft activity started this past Tuesday morning and there was activity as early as this morning. If you witness any suspicious activity (please keep an eye out for a mid-1990's red long bed Chevrolet truck, with workmen) please immediately contact the Frisco Police Department @ 929.292.6000 (and reference incident # 10105975). Officer Wilcox was the responding officer. Steve Thompson 2010 PSHOA Board Member
